2021 Laying the Foundations

► Launched our Debt & Welfare Surgery, led by Fanta, supporting hundreds of women and families with debt, housing, benefits and immigration issues

► Established our first Mother & Daughter Group at Rhyl Primary School, Camden, to rebuild community post-pandemic and reduce isolation

► Introduced women’s fitness classes and a homeschool book club, promoting wellbeing, confidence and connection

2022 Expanding Reach

► Launched our second Mother & Daughter Group at Saracens High School, Barnet

► Delivered workshops on healthy relationships, mental health and social media awareness

► Supported mothers affected by domestic violence and young people at risk of bullying and suicide

► Built deeper trust within the community and expanded our support to older girls and their families

2023 Growth & Transition

► Began transition from CIC to CIO, strengthening our long-term sustainability

► Expanded workshops and programme delivery across all services

► Secured close to £200,000 in funding, enabling growth and deeper impact

2024 Strengthening the Organisation

► Successfully transitioned to a registered charity (CIO)

► Built partnerships with organisations including Bank of America and Lululemon

► Increased corporate sponsorship and support, strengthening our reach and delivery

2025 Scaling Impact

► Secured funding from The National Lottery, City Bridge Foundation, Barnet & Camden Councils, Young Barnet Foundation, Young Camden Foundation, Camden Giving, Go! London, The GLA, Albert Trust and Triangle Trust

► Supported 1,000+ women and their families through our Debt & Welfare Surgery

► Continued to grow services and respond to increasing community need

2026 Building for the Future

► Achieved Advice UK membership, strengthening quality and credibility

► Progressing towards Advice Quality Standard (AQS) accreditation

► Secured further funding from Three Guineas Trust

► Expanded capacity with our Debt & Welfare Manager becoming full-time, enabling greater reach and impact
